- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item listed below for delivery to CHARLESTON CMOP to replenish stock. Item #Description/Part Number*Qty1Spacesaver Mechanical Assist High Density Mobile File System 1EA���This is not a Brand Name Specific Item, Vendors may propose a similar Mechanical Assist High Density Mobile File System with other Brand Names so long as it meets the specification in the SOW/SOR. Any Design, Freight, Handling, Delivery, or Installation Fee should be included in the quote with a total Cost Quote.The Product Code is 7125 Cabinets, Locker, Bins, and Shelving; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 337214. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation package 36C77020Q0141 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or about December 16, 2019 and will close on December 30, 2019 (2 PM CDT) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. This will be set-aside to SDVOSB vendors.All suppliers must be Authorized Distributors for items supplied, and must provide a letter that they are an Authorized Distributor. Delivery is needed on or around 02/2020 (Vendor will Coordinate with Station for Exact Install Date). VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED.
