- This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in order to award a direct delivery S t a n d i n gQ u o t e (SQ.. This Standing Quote will be a small business set-aside firm fixed price. It will beawarded FOB Destination pricing using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable(LPTA).. The commodity being procured is 5 NSN’s, Card Business and Appointment Book’s.Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant NSN’s included and Non compliant.Terms and conditions have been specified within the terms and conditions of this document.Additionally, the awardee was provided the Government’s Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) and allquoted items will be reviewed by the Northeast & Caribbean Supply and Acquisition Center’stechnical service branch for acceptability of specifications and compliance.A copy of the solicitation including the IPD is attached (must meet IPD requirements). All items must be on your Multiple Award Schedule Contract. Terms and conditions of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) have been specified within the terms and conditions of this document.Attachments to this solicitation are:• Government’s Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs)• Attachment A: MIL-STD-129R and FED-STD 123H• Attachment B: FEDERAL ACQUISTION SERVICE (FAS) DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS VENDOR ADVISORY SERVICE THE SHIPPING LABEL FOR GLOBAL SUPPLY ORDERS• Attachment C: EDI Vendor Portal contract requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on a criteria of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Pricing is FOB Destination for destinations throughout the United States. The awardee will receive various notices to deliver throughout the year as supplies are needed for direct delivery to GSA customers within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
