Description

Red River Army Depot has the following requirements for the Family Medium of Tactical Vehicles (FMTV):0001: FMTV door (part # 12422929-002) crates. The non-manufactured wood parts(lumber) of the crate shall be heat treated IAW International Standard forPhytosanitary Measures 15 (ISPM 15). The crates are required to be manufacturedIAW Attachment A, DD-2169, Special Packing Instructions #AK015207320. Quantity: 125 each.0002: FMTV door (part # 12422929-001) crates. The non-manufactured wood parts(lumber) of the crate shall be heat treated IAW International Standard forPhytosanitary Measures 15 (ISPM 15). The crates are required to be manufacturedIAW Attachment A, DD-2169, Special Packing Instructions #AK015207320. Quantity: 125 each.0003: FMTV armor kit (part # 57K6414) crates. The non-manufactured wood parts(lumber) of the crate shall be heat treated IAW International Standard forPhytosanitary Measures 15 (ISPM 15). The crates are required to be manufacturedIAW Attachment B, DD-2169, Special Packing Instructions #AK15763447. Quantity: 99 each.0004: FMTV armor kit (part # 57K6013) crates. The non-manufactured wood parts(lumber) of the crate shall be heat treated IAW International Standard forPhytosanitary Measures 15 (ISPM 15). The crates are required to be manufacturedIAW Attachment C, DD-2169, Special Packing Instructions #AK15527805. Quantity: 295 each.Delivery for CLIN 0001 and 0002 will occur monthly for five months.Delivery for CLIN 0003 and 0004 will occur monthly for ten months.
