- RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 11:59pm CENTRAL, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ *********************************AMENDMENT 01Questions and answers are provided in Attachment 3. *********************************Interested small business firms are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by providing an information statement that addresses the areas of emphasis in the attached RFI for Services Procurements. The attached RFI for Service Procurements sets forth the requirements for response submission. A determination as to whether a potential acquisition will be a set-aside or full and open competition will be based upon responses to this notice. The deadline for submission of capability information is 06 January 2020, 16:00 Pacific Standard Time. Capability information is to be submitted via electronic transmission as specified in the attached RFI. NIWC PAC may not evaluate offeror submissions that do not comply with the submission instructions. NIWC PAC will evaluate offeror submissions that comply with the submission instructions as further specified in the Governments Information Request. Please direct any questions and transmit capability information to the Contract Specialist Amanda Miller at amanda.miller@navy.mil.
