- SYNOPSIS: HANDLE ASSY, STATICPR 82422035 is FOB Origin, I/A Origin. NSN (1680-00-985-4262) is a HANDLE ASSY, STATIC. This solicitation is for a quantity of 6 each. This solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: KIRKHILL INC. DBA HASKON, DIV OF (3DBN7); P/N 100-161-1. The required delivery is 339 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, a critical application item, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 31 December 2019.This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.” A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
