The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery IndefiniteQuantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 100 each maximum of a JACK,HYDRAULIC, TRIP; NSN: 1730-00-516-2018; Part Number: 50K25177 applicable to the (C8) GroundSupport Equipment.Production Lead Time (PLT) is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000.These items are restricted to Columbus Jack DBA Tronair (00994) and ATAP Corporation (22638).The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, noris it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for acompetitive solicitation.All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and canproduce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
