- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Davis Aircraft Products Co, Inc., (CAGE: 98313) located at 1150 Walnut Ave, Bohemia, NY 11716-2196 for the manufacture, assembly, and delivery of the following list of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE): PIN, CLEVIS (PN: 70700-20324-116, NIIN: 015181504), Busing/Bearing Rem/Inst Set, Stab/Pylon (PN: 70700-77340-042, NIIN: 012423705), MGB/MRH Cart Assy (PN: 70700-77200-041, NIIN: 011585701), MRB/TRB Adapter Storage and Transport (PN: 70700-77116-041, NIIN: 012062617), Component Sling Assy (PN: 70700-77403-041, NIIN: 011468248), Proof Loading Testing IAW drawings PN: 70700-77403-041) and Restraint Set, Main Rotor Blades (PN: 70700-77515-043, NIIN: 013489537).in support of the MH-60 Foreign Military Sales Program. Davis Aircraft Products Co, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the above listed PSE and is the only company with the technical knowledge, proprietary data, and expertise necessary to manufacture this item. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
