- This is a Sources Sought/Special Notice, it does not constitute a formal solicitation or request for offers and none will be issued.Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of The Product Manger Counter Explosive Hazard (PdM CEH) intends to issue a sole source modification under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Chemring, Sensors and Electronic Systems (CSES), Inc, 23031 Ladbrook Dr Ste 100, Dulles, Va 20166-2267. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) modification for Spare and Repair Parts and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support services.THIS IS NOT A SOLITATION: The Government is not obligated to make as award as a result of this request.Responsible parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 20 December 2019.
