- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for radio parts and installation for use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant.� Due to the proprietary and confidential nature of the products and drawings, only one authorized supplier, Harris Corporation, is capable of supplying these items.� Any purchase order will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.� This is not a request for offers.� A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.� The point of contact is Ms. Susaneva Wade, susaneva.k.wade.civ@mail.mil .
