- The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation as follows: Provide responses to questions submitted. The RFQ closing date has not been extended. All proposals are due Monday January 6, 2020 by 1600 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses to Questions for Lights Examination 36C10G19Q0125 Question 1: We wanted to find out if it would be expectable to bid certain line items for the quote or NEW TECHNOLOGY available for applications per line items? Please see below. ANSWER: The Governments requirement is as listed in Attachment A of the solicitation.
