- 12/17/2019 - The purpose of this amendment is to release the responses to vendor questions and extend the questions due date to 2:00 PM December 18, 2019 Eastern Time.� All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.��The amendment�may be downloaded from the House website at http://www.house.gov, Doing Business With The House, under Procurement Opportunities, Current Solicitations. Requirement: The U.S. House of Representatives (House) Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) has a requirement for Contractor support to assist the SAA Emergency Management Division (EMD) in the performance of emergency planning, preparedness and operations activities. SAA EMD manages emergency preparedness and continuity programs for the House. � Contract Awards: The House contemplates making one award as a result of this soliciation Questions: Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to Toinetta Bridgeforth, Contracts Specialist, at Toinetta.Bridgeforth@mail.house.gov no later than 12:00 PM local time on December 17, 2019. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation posted on the House website. Solicitation Amendments: Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as Amendments to the solicitation on the House website. Proposal Submission: Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due: Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on December 31, 2019. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.
