- Description
- The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to issue a sole-source, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) request for proposal (RFP) to Navistar Defense, LLC (Navistar) for continued System Technical Support (STS)/System Sustainment Technical Support (SSTS) services for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) MaxxPro Family of Vehicles (FoV). A modification to the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, W56HZV-15-D-0037, is intended to add three ordering years to said contract, from 1 April 2020 through 31 March 2023. This action will not be competed, in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B) ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."" This is a pre-solicitation notice, otherwise known as a synopsis (summary). This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. However, responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by electronically submitting a capability statement to the point of contact (POC) identified below. All capability statements received within fifteen calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by ACC-WRN. The subject line of email submissions must read, �W56HZV-15-D-0037 capability statement submission - closes 01 January 2020�. Maximum size of email offers shall not exceed 3.5 megabytes. Hard copy responses will not be accepted. Please make sure this agency has been furnished with the following additional information: cage code, company name, and duns number.
