- 36C10E20Q0064 RO Los Angeles Sign Language Services The Office of Administration & Facilities (OA&F) Acquisition Division plans to award, under Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a single firm-fixed-price service contract to provide American Sign Language service for visually impaired employees at The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO) Los Angeles (LA). RO Los Angeles requires onsite language services on an as-needed basis for meetings, training and other events to interpret spoken English into signed English and American Sign Language (ASL) and ASL or signed English back into spoken English. Quotes from Offerors not verified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) by Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) are not considered, and at award the selected Offeror must have an active CVE registration and be a Small Business under NAICS 541930. Quotes must be delivered no later than 1:00 P.M., Pacific, on 08 January 2019, to grady.baxter@va.gov.
