- Solicitation Number W91364-20-Q-0004 is being issued as a RFQ. The Ohio Army National Guard has a requirement to provide�catered meals for Soldiers attending courses at the RTI�in Columbus, Ohio. The meals will need to be delivered and served at the 1-147th RTI. 3990 E. Broad St. Bldg. 1, Columbus, OH 43213 (DSCC). ***Please see the attached scope of work for the exact requirements*** This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320.� This award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable and past performance meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)). Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM.�If you are not registered in SAM, an award cannot be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM�23�December�2019 EST. You may submit your RFQ's through the Government Port of Entry at https://www.fbo.gov or�you may email your proposals to paul.s.robinson6.civ@mail.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Responses to this announcement must include a�complete and�signed SF 1449. Please ensure acknowledgement of all amendments. Offerors are encouraged to check https://www.fbo.gov often for changes Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM 22 December 2019.
