Ft. (ABOA): 12,000 ABOA SF(Total) Block A: 3,000 ABOA SF (Office Space) Block B: 9,000 ABOA SF (Conditioned Warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,000 ABOA SF(Total) Block A: 3,000 ABOA SF (Office Space) Block B: 9,000 ABOA SF (Conditioned Warehouse) Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 100 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous space. Ground Level entry to warehouse space for loading and unloading.
