- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation Number 19GE50-20-R-0014 The US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect to the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Construction Services for the Renovation of Residences �in Greater London, United Kingdom on behalf of Facilities Management at the US Embassy London, United Kingdom The proposed work�s purpose is for Construction Services for the Renovation of Residences in greater London belonging to the GSO Housing Pool on behalf of Facilities Management at the US Embassy London, United Kingdom.� The successful contractors shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and constructions services to renovate the residences to include:� asbestos survey, kitchen and bath renovations, utility room improvements; replacement of boiler, radiators, windows, French doors; interior painting, electrical upgrade, fire detection system and any other work as described within the accompanying Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors are asked to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit conducted in January 2020; the exact location, date and time will be provided in the solicitation document.� They shall also develop both cost and technical proposals, including time lines, and a narrative description of the methods, procedures and materials to be used for the project. The solicitation may result in multiple awards of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years beginning in fiscal year 2020. The estimated magnitude for individual projects is between $150,000 and $500,000. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Mr. Anthony Walker at the above e-mail address with a copy to: PerezAcevedoA@state.gov no later than Janaury 12, 2020 using the solicitation number 19GE50-20-R-0014 in the subject line. �All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: �Name of Firm, Name of Contact Person, Telephone and Fax Numbers, and Email Address of Point of Contact as well as the Firm�s Complete Physical and Mailing Addresses.� The solicitation package/documents shall not be placed on beta.SAM.gov as the document contains SBU information. �Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package/documents when available. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform construction work in the United Kingdom. �The solicitation package will only be available in the English language.
