Description: The Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services for the chilled water system at the Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital (WRSU), 200 West Hospital Drive.� The chilled water system includes two chillers, two cooling tower, valves, motors, pumps, and piping.� This scope of work includes all chilled water system components from the chillers to the air-handling units (AHU), but excludes each AHU coil.� The point of demarcation shall be the AHU coil isolation valves on the coil side.�
