Replace Millcreek guard station septic system for the US Forest Service. The project includes installation of a new septic tank, sewerline, and drainfield to serve an existing bunkhouse and garage, including soil investigation and permits.� Demolition work includes pumping and removing an existing septic tank.� Work to be performed at a Forest Service owned historic site. Location:� From Salt Lake District Office (6944 S. 3000 E., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121):� Travel North on 3000 East to access I-215 North.� Travel to Exit 4.� Turn left onto Wasatch Blvd.� Turn right onto 3800 South/Millcreek Canyon Road.� Travel 4.5 miles to the Millcreek Guard Station.� Latitude 40*41.994'N, Longitude 111*43.159'W. Address: 6800 Millcreek Canyon Rd. Salt Lake City, UT 84109.
