- Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation Amendment 0001 This is an amendment to the above combined synopsis/solicitation. The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended. Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (See Attachment). Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation: This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 13. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of the Central Vacuum System for Building 9001.�In addition for instructions outlines in 52.212-1 offerors are instructed to include, IAW 52.211-6: 1.) Brand name or equal information. IAW 52.212-4 Addendum: 2.) Offers of express warranties normally provided to the commercial market to include extended warranties.
