- AMENDMENT 0001 - SEE SF30 FOR DETAILS OF AMENDMENT Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Office has a requirement for various types of transmission line hardware, brand name or equal to varying manufacturers (depending on part needed, the brand name is Hughes Brothers, Anderson, Alcoa, Brewer-Titichner, Burndy, Secfor, Preformed or NVENT ERICO). The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price, contract.� Terms include FOB Destination to Montrose, Colorado. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside.� The NAICS code is 335932; the applicable size standard is 1,000 employees.� The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about December 6, 2019, at which time all information and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted.� Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award.� DUNS number is required for SAM registration.� NOTE:� AMENDMENT: Quotes shall be due by 12:00 p.m. EST, December 19, 2019.�� Quotes shall be submitted via email to Carol Hammans, Contracting Officer (hammans@wapa.gov) or via FedConnect.net.� All questions regarding this RFQ shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
