Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the procurement of 3,400 quarts of Propylene Glycol for the National Logistics Support Center located in Grandview, MO. Plese follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 325199 ans is set aside 100% for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet online at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM. *On December 17th, 2019, the deadline to submit a quote for the procurement of propylene glycol was� extended to December 23, 2019 at 3:00pm CST.�
