Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0012.�� This procurement is 100% service-disabled veteran owned small business set-aside under NAICS code 334111 with a standard business size of 1,250 employees.� Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to provide and install IT equipment and a software upgrade system for Pawnee Indian Health Center.� Questions are due no later than Friday January 3, 2020 2:00pm CST. Questions shall not be answered after this date. The closing date for receipt of quotes is Friday January 3, 2020.� The offer may be submitted by email to Ronay.English@ihs.gov or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, and your name and address, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, on January 3, 2020.� TELEPHONE INQUIRIES SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND TELEPHONE CALLS SHALL NOT BE RETURNED. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals. Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications�Commercial Items (Dec 2019) OR indicate certifications in SAM at https://www.sam.gov The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions�Commercial Items (Oct 2018), applies to this acquisition.
