- he United States Military Academy at West Point has a requirement for Black Jackets/Windbreakers for the West Point Cadets. The total requirement is for 1,295 Men and Women Jackets. This requirement is set-aside for� total small business concerns. Please refer to the attached solicitation for additional information and specifications for the Jackets. The solicitation outlines the evaluation criteria and the instructions for samples to be sent with the quotes. Vendors must be NATICK certified and a copy of your certification must be submitted with your response. The NATICK certification is issued through the U.S. Army Uniform Quality Control Program. Response date is January 27, 2020 - 10am est.�
