(ABOA): 4,800 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 7 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Expressions of Interest Due: January 10, 2020 Market Survey (Estimated): January 29, 2020 Occupancy (Estimated): March, 2021 Additional Requirements: Space must be demised to meet SF requirements. Required space shall be office. All security standards must meet ISC and Publication 64 standards. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space and all parking must be accessible in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), all fire and life safety requirements, General Services Administration�s sustainability standards, and seismic requirements. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability. 5. Building ownership information. 6. Amount of parking available on-site. Include whether expected rental rateincludes the cost of the required Government parking (if any).
