- Request for Proposal 36C10A-20-R-0003 Amendment 0002 The purpose of this notice is to make changes to the solicitation and respond to questions submitted in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10A-20-R-0003. The amendment includes as an attachment, a conformed RFP and responses to the questions submitted. Prospective offerors are required to submit a proposal for the requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Satellite Communications Operations by December 29, 2019, 11:59 PM Central Standard Time.� The due date for additional questions is December 20, 2019. The requirement will be a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. VA is not responsible for any costs incurred by prospective offerors in submitting a proposal to this solicitation.
