- NEW BASIC CABLE SERVICE Quotes must be submitted to janice.begay@bie.edu. Any other method to submission will not be considered. All questions shall be submitted via email to janice.begay@bie.edu. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Please reference solicitation number in the subject line of the email. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is set aside for OPEN MARKET. Small Business will be given preference, if the price is fair and reasonable. IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 515210 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation. The Solicitation No. is 140A2320Q0055 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017. Haskell Indian Nations University, University Services, Housing Department has a requirement for: 1. Annual Basic Cable TV services including service and maintenance. Base year with four option years. INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals. All quotes are due January 8, 2020, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. The offeror shall submit (1) proposal with a limit of 5 pages 2. Price Schedule and signed SF-1449 AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet what is specified. Offeror whose quotation, in conforming to this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM at, www.sam.gov, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
