BLM-CO-COSO - Colorado State Office (COSO) Relocation Services - Pre-Solicitation Announcement This is a pre-solicitation announcement with no solicitation, attachments or other details except what you see on the main page. No action is required upon your part at this time unless you wish to list yourself as an interested bidder in order to receive notifications of changes as we go through the process, pencil in the site visit dates on your calendar and RSVP to the POC via email. The full solicitation will be posted in the next few days. The BLM Colorado State Office (COSO) has requirement for relocation services in or near Lakewood, Colorado. This project will require the contractor to furnish all services required to disassemble/move/reassemble approximately 25 (+/- 20% variance) cubicles and associated furnishings from Building 40, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood Colorado (Kipling St and 6th avenue) to the BLM State Headquarters located at 2850 Youngfield St. Lakewood CO 80215. In addition, an option of approximately 25 (+/- 20% variance) more cubicles and associated furnishings will be moved at a later date. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1.
