- The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is issuing this solicitation under NAICS 541513 (Computer Facilities Management Services) for obtaining quotes from individuals for fulfilling an IT Systems Administrator position under a Personal Services Contract, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), herein.
