*** THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. *** This Design-Bid-Build project is to construct potable water supply pipelines to transport potable water from the 24 Area to the 20 Area potable water storage tanks. The potable water supply pipelines will replace and upgrade the existing 18? supply lines with 24? supply lines to the 20 and 21 Areas. Provide necessary waterline valves, appurtenances, and tie-ins to meet operational needs of the Southern Water System and meet applicable standards and codes. Demolish the existing elevated steel tank 20815 and replace with a new water storage facility including all associated appurtenances and piping which supplies water to the 20 Area housing neighborhood Wire Mountain II. Demolish existing booster pump stations (BPS) 20800, 20801, and 20816, and replace with new BPS as required and specified, which supply water to the 20 and 21 Areas. Restore pavements and surface features to original condition after completion of construction. Perform all work while maintaining water supply to the 20 and 21 Areas.
