- PROJECT TITLE: REPLACEMENT OF A BOILER HEATING SYSTEM PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and incidentals for the replacement of an existing boiler heating system, in accordance with the statement of work, contract terms and conditions. PROJECT LOCATION: Standing Rock Reservation, Detention Center, Bldg. 51; Ft. Yates, ND, Sioux County. Maps/Photos NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $15m. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set-aside exclusely for Small Business Concerns. Contractor is required to comply with the Davis Bacon Act. BONDING: The Miller Act applies. A payment bond, in accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections (JULY 2000), will be required prior to the Notice to Proceed being issued.
