- The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), Phoenix, AZ intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation for General Repairs, Roofing and HVAC Upgrade in Eight (8) Housing Units (Quarters) at the BIA Hopi Agency Headquarters on the Hopi Indian Reservation, Keams Canyon, Navajo County, AZ. The Contractor shall provide all labor and supervision, materials, and equipment required to complete the requirement. This acquisition is issued under ""Full and Open"" Competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 236118 Residential Remodelers. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this project is currently estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The project Performance Period will be 150 calendar days from the effective Notice to Proceed date. Contractor registration in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM) is required in order to be eligible for the contract award. Registration may be completed and information regarding the registration process may be obtained at http://www.sam.gov. The anticipated release date of the IFB solicitation package is on or about the week of January 6, 2020, with bids being due (bid opening) on or about February 11, 2020, Tuesday, 2:00 PM MST (Phoenix, AZ local time). Once issued, solicitation documents will be available electronically for download at https://www.fedconnect.net. All responsible sources may submit a bid and will be considered.
