Description: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to repair HVAC system and boiler in building 110: at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a small business size standard of $16,500,000. This solicitation will be a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. Project Magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 SITE VISIT: A site visit is tentatively planned for Tuesday, 28 Jan 2019 at 10:00 am local time at Fort McCoy Wisconsin.� The official site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is posted. Solicitation W911SA-20-B-2006 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 270 days after the notice to proceed. Any party interested in the solicitation should access the new Contract Opportunities website, formally FBO.gov, at https://beta.sam.gov for the future issuance of the solicitation and all associated documents. No Contractor will be directly notified of the solicitation posting or any further posting of any associated documents and amendments.
