- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �The solicitation number is N6278619Q0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.� Questions must be submitted by using the feature at sam.beta.gov. �Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to contract for three sets of Box Patches that meet the specifications of NAVSEA document 804-5959236 and three sets of Plate Patches that meet the specifications of NAVSEA document 804-5959239. �See specifications and NAVSEA documents in the attachments. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or ""gray market"" items. �All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This award will be awarded with NAICS 332996. �This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. �Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. No partial shipments are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. FAR 52.247-34 - F.o.b. Destination applies. �Delivery will be made to General Dynamics NASSCO, 8551 Kerns Street, Dock 32, San Diego, CA 92154. �Delivery will be as soon as the requirement can be filled, but no later than 05 April 2020. This requirement is a small business set aside. �No solicitations package will be issued.
