- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR and the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge has a requirement for fencing per the attached specifications The anticipated required delivery date is 30 September 2020. These supplies will be delivered to headquarters located at 36391 Sodhouse Ln, Princeton, OR 97721 This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The NAICS code is 331222 Steel Wire Drawing and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Instructions All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Please submit your quotation (showing unit and total price) on company letterhead or the enclosed SF-1449 or your standard quote form with DUNS No. and point of contact phone number and e-mail address. Additionally, if your company holds a GSA contract that would apply to this requirement, please provide the contract number.
