- RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 3:00:00 PM Pacific, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Inmarsat Government (3CD60). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001 Antenna System MFG: Intellian P/N: IG-V60NX QTY: 2 Each Item 0002 Antenna System Training MFG: Intellian Qty: 3 Days Item 0003 Satellite Router MFG: Idirect P/N: IG-CUST-HW-I9050-OM QTY: 1 Each The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these supplies may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies/services provided. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.
