All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation package 36C77020Q0174 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 18, 2019, and will close on December 19, 2019 (2 PM CST) these dates are subject to change.
