This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) # 1333ND20QNB680065 High-Speed Electro-Optic Modulators utilizing simplified acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Subpart 13.5.
