Description
AMENDMENT 1:� The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to modify the required delivery date (RDD) from 24 Jan 2020 to 14 Feb 2020. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.� PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.� This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to SAM Beta at https://beta.sam.gov. The RFQ number is N5005420Q0006.� This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20191001.� It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS code is 337215 and the Small Business Standard is 500 (# of employees).� The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the parts that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Required Delivery Date (RDD):�14�Feb�2020 Delivery Location: MARMC Bldg. CEP - 200 9170 2nd Street Norfolk, VA� 23511 Shipping terms shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quote shall include shipping cost. Site Visit (Highly Recommended) A site visit will be held prior to receipt of offers to allow all perspective contractors to view and inspect the boat that requires these storage cabinets at: Site Visit Address: CEP-160 Adm. Taussig Blvd. Building on the water front by Pier 6 Contractors with DBIDS access; parking address: Building Z 300 9400 Decatur Ave. Norfolk, VA 23511 In order to attend this site visit, contractors shall convene at the above address no later than 9:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, December 11, 2019. �Attendees should allow extra time to arrive due to delays in passing through security. �Due to base security requirements, failure to make a reservation may prohibit a contractor from attending site surveys. Contractors are limited to two (2) representatives for the site survey.
