- RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 11:59pm CENTRAL, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC [2222] has a requirement for the maintenance and logistics support to the Expeditionary Power Systems (EPS) Program Office for the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic). Contractor shall provide the resources to store, manage, and test 1MPG Battery Sets. Contractor shall prepare 1MPG sets for shipment, and transport to NIWC TMO (Hanahan, SC) based on tasking by EPS PMO. This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a small business for the requirement. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Eleanor Lomeli, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 31 December 2019. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept capability statements via email at: eleanor.phillips1@navy.mil.
