- The purpose of this�posting�is to provide the TEAMS-Next Contracting, Compliance, Cost/Price and Operations (C3PO) draft RFP documentation�for industry review and comment.� For all questions and comments, please use the �DRFP Industry Comment Matrix� provided with the Draft RFP. The Government intends to provide responses to industry questions as soon as possible.�� Government responses to unclassified questions will be posted in sets to FedBizOpps under this posting. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes, the Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this Notice, to include costs associated with attending Industry Day(s).
