- NOTE: This is a sources sought requesting information in support of the following potential requirement. NO CONTRACT will be awarded from this announcement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT: Water Blaster Training. Quantity: N/A Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to provide Water Blaster Training (Model UHP 170:2800).� Training will be conducted OCONUS for up to 25 people, for no more than five days, at a controlled facility of the country of El Salvador. Training shall be conducted in Spanish, by way of live demonstration, electronic/paper visual aids and verbal explanations.� The students will have a grasp of the English language, both written and verbal, with some previous water blaster experience. There is no TDP available for purposes of this market survey. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1.
