- Request for Information TSC IV Award Holders The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has been tasked�to provide a training systems solution that meets the requirements to train personnel in Launch, Recovery, and Handling of the Knifefish and UISS.� NAWCTSD is seeking potential sources for modifications to the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Bay Trainer (MBT) simulators to incorporate the Knifefish Underwater Unmanned Vehicle (UUV) and the Unmanned Influence Sweep System (UISS). Simulator modifications will be based on LCS class 1 & 2 (hull), baseline 5 and 6. Responses received for this notice will serve as consideration for the Government�s decision to fulfill this requirement via a set-aside or full and open basis under the TSC IV IDIQ MAC, in accordance with the TSC IV H.1 Delivery Order Procedures. Additionally, the requested information will be taken into account for acquisition planning purposes.
