- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. This RFI is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Request for Proposal or a promise to issue an RFQ/IFB/RFP in the future. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. In addition, respondents are advised that the United States Government is under no obligation to pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. At this time, proprietary information is not being requested, and respondents shall refrain from providing proprietary information in response to this RFI. The plans and technical specifications for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance. The 163d Attack Wing (ATKW) requires: CLIN 0001 CARPET BLDG 1 Demo existing broadloom carpet and base, prep existing VCT subsurface, and provide carpet tile, rubber tile, and rubber base. Provide aluminum track base and vinyl T-molding between carpet and rubber as a transition. Use Johnsonite Metal Track # MTC-00-A with vinyl T-molding or equal materials. Bidders shall include 40hrs of furniture moving labor into their bid to account for potential furniture relocation. This work will be phased with approximately 90 days gap between buildings.� 5,000 SF Carpet 1,200 SF Rubber 1,570 SF Walk-Off Carpet CLIN 0002 CARPET BLDG 2 Demo existing broadloom carpet and base, prep existing VCT subsurface, and provide carpet tile, rubber tile, and rubber base. This contract will include the reroute of existing cabling as well as install Category 6 (CAT6) copper and or Laser Optimized MM fiber (LOMMF) cable when reroute not feasible. A minimum of 2 data drops per desk/workstation. (Stations drawings will be provided when solicitation is posted). CLIN 0004 DATA DROPS BLDG 2 Install data drops in two buildings to new systems furniture. CLIN 0005 PAINTING BLDG 1 Paint interior walls� CLIN 0006 PAINTING BLDG 2 Paint interior walls CLIN 0007 CMRA The Contractor shall report ALL contractor Labor Hours (including subcontractor labor hours)�required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Department of the Air Force via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: https://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government Fiscal Year (FY) which runs from October 1 thru September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year. Contractors may direct questions to the helpdesk at https://www.ecmra.mil. The description above is not intended to be all encompassing and is subject to change. The current estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and 250,000.00. The anticipated NAICS code is 236220, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. CAPABILITIES QUESTIONNAIRE The Government is issuing this to determine a competitive basis. This is not a solicitation and the items listed herein are subject to change or be eliminated from the requirement. This questionnaire is for market researchpurposes only.
