- The services required are to address vapor intrusion within commercial/industrial buildings by using innovative activated carbon filters.� At present, there is no reliable tool with which to predict the longevity of a given filter for conditions typical of indoor air quality.� The contractor will test carbon filters and demonstrate its effectiveness, while also developing a user guide to aid in the selection of the most appropriate filters for specific applications, filter cartridge replacement frequency, and cost-effective operation and monitoring programs.
