- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS has a requirement for a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer 1490 E. Main Street, Ashland, OR 97520. This will be awarded to Thermo Electron North America as a firm fixed price contract. Additional information is available upon request.
