- Update #1 (12/19/2019): The identification number for this notice should be FHF-20-Q-0020 instead of FHF-19-Q-0020. The Contract Opportunities system will not allow a change within the system at this time. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201(b), 5.203(a), and 10.002, and in accordance with 41 U.S.C. � 1901(e)(2), FAR 13.501(a), Sole Source Justification Using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Certain Commercial Items, this notice serves as the Federal Housing Finance Agency�s (FHFA�s) intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with PolyPaths, L.L.C. (45 Rockefeller Plaza, Suite 2325, New York, NY 10111-0100) for the continued acquisition of commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) interest rate and credit risk modeling software licenses and related maintenance. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation for offers. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can provide the aforementioned needed software licenses and maintenance. Please review the attached document for further details. The Government will not pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responses to this notice.
