- Description
- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole� Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Platts for customized reports for DLA Energy's specific petroleum, distribution and shipment program.� The deliviery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (12/15/2019 - 12/14/2020).� This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to dlae.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determing whether or not to compete the requirement. Chanllenges must include information suffice to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's need as state herein.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
