Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source firm - fixed priced contract for Multifamily Mortgage Loan Servicing Services to Dynaxys, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. Dynaxys LLC is located at 11911 Tech Road, Silver Spring, Maryland, 20904. �The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code is 522390 and the size standard is $22 million.
