- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to CenturyLink for a one-year renewal of its DIA service.� This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS.� All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. Per FAR Part 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can provide the DIA service and meet the Government�s requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.� The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE/BRAND NAME ONLY.� Late submission will not be accepted.� No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This rfq does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. The Government is requesting discounts.
