- Description
- The Library of Congress's National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) seeks contractor support to implement a collection management system for the Library's moving image and recorded sound collections. The purpose of this amendment is to post the Library's responses to vendor questions via the attached Q&A document titled ""Q&A Release 1 - Solicitation 030ADV20R0011 - Audio Visual Collection Management System (AVCMS)"" and extend the response deadline to January 6, 2020.� NOTE: The Federal Organization reflects ""033103 LIBRARY OF CONGRESS FEDLINK"", however this is a Library of Congress Contracts Services solicitation. This office title change was made due to the migration from FBO.gov to beta.SAM.gov. The purpose of this amendment is to post the Library's responses to additional vendor questions via the attached Q&A document titled�""Q&A Release 2 - Solicitation 030ADV20R0011 - Audio Visual Collection Management System (AVCMS)""
